They promise shipment within 10 - 20 business days. last week I called and they told me my order was shipped on 2/13/08 and it would arrive by 3/18/08. i phone today and someone else tells me that it was refused at customs and was reshipped on 3/8/08. Why didn't they get intouch with me and inform me about the delay? I'm not even going to be here when it finally arrive!. Plus, they won't give a refund untill another 30 days after the order Possibly arrives. This is no way to run a business.
